Teneille Williams
Registered Psychologist
I’m a Non-Binary (she/they) Registered Psychologist with a Master’s in Professional Psychology. With over ten years of experience across the youth mental health sector, I’m passionate about creating safe, authentic spaces where people of all neurotypes can explore who they are and navigate life’s challenges.

I’ve supported children, teens, adults, and families across both non-government and private practice settings. Alongside my clinical work, I’ve championed causes close to my heart, including climate action, mental health, disability, and LGBTQIA+ rights. As a neurodivergent person raising two neurodivergent children, I draw on both lived experience and professional expertise to create a therapeutic space that is affirming, inclusive, and authentic.

I take a collaborative, client-centred approach, tailoring therapy to each person’s needs. I offer therapy and assessments, including post-diagnostic sessions and problem-solving sessions, and use evidence-based approaches such as Collaborative and Proactive Solutions (CPS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Psychodynamic Therapy to help clients build self-understanding, develop strategies, and move toward achieving their aspirations.

Outside of work, I love spending time in nature - gardening, hiking, or out on the water. Conversely, I also enjoy gaming on my PC or Switch. I enjoy movies, with Disney, Marvel, and Star Wars among my favourites, as well as documentaries. Most of all, I treasure time with my two children and our dogs.
