
Who is Dr Theresa Kidd?
Having worked in the mental health and disability sectors for 30 years, I am passionate about increasing well-being, strengthening relationships, and enhancing quality of life. I draw upon a range of approaches in my therapeutic work including attachment theory, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), family systems therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and interpersonal therapy. My current work includes directing The Kidd Clinic which is a group private practice providing assessment and therapy, particularly to neurodivergent children, adolescents, and adults.
